5.3.1 the Protected Materials are only downloaded for the purpose of you using this Website to view and/or book Birth Talk course(s) or for your personal reference and not for any other purpose;

Personal Data may be used by Birth Talk for any or all of the following reasons:
- for the administration and organisation of any courses which you book with Birth Talk. This includes processing bookings, administering waiting lists for courses and keeping you informed about any changes to the course(s) including any cancellations.
- to keep you informed by email, post or telephone of Birth Talk products and services if you have opted to receive this information;
- to keep you informed by email, post or telephone of the products and services of other midwives who host courses at Birth Talk’s premises, if you have opted to receive this information;
